
Georgia native Benjamin Boskoff is an accomplished tenor, celebrated for his versatility and dynamic performances. Specializing in Bel Canto repertoire, the music of Benjamin Britten, and chamber music, Mr. Boskoff has captivated audiences with his performances in productions, recitals, and chamber concerts. His recent engagements include performances in the Czech Republic, demonstrating his international appeal and commitment to excellence in vocal performance.
An active vocal artist, Mr. Boskoff is actively engaged in productions, recitals, and chamber concerts in the United States and abroad, most recently in the Czech Republic. Mr. Boskoff specializes in the Bel Canto repertoire, the music of Benjamin Britten, Czech national repertoire and chamber music in both concert and recital settings. Professional Highlights include: Peter Quint in Turn of the Screw with Red River Lyric Opera, Tamino in Die Zaubeflöte with Lawrence Opera Theatre, Count Almaviva in Il Barbiere di Siviglia with Light Opera of New Jersey, Penn Square Music Festival, and Opera Bend, Albert Herring in Albert Herring, Don Ottavio in Don Giovanni and Prince Ramiro in La Cenerentola with Opera MODO, Count Ory in Le Comte Ory with Lawrence University as a guest artist, Don Basilio in La Nozze di Figaro with Opera in the Heights and Opera Fort Collins, Rinuccio in Gianni Schicchi with Boulder Opera, and Ernesto in Don Pasquale with Opera Project Columbus and Opera Fort Collins. In the summer of 2019, Mr. Boskoff was a resident artist with Opera North and covered Macduff and Malcolm in their production of Verdi’s Macbeth. He returned later that year as one of the cast members of their production of “All is Calm.” He has recently been seen in a world premier opera with Opera on Tap Colorado, the chamber music version of Schubert’s Winterreise in Nantucket with Rossini Club Nantucket, Dove’s Pinocchio and Il Trittico with Boulder Opera, as Ernesto with Opera Fort Collins in their Don Pasquale and as Almaviva with Opera Bend in their 2025 production of Il Barbiere di Siviglia. Mr. Boskoff’s future engagements include: La Clemenza di Tito (as Tito) with Opera Reading Project and again in Nantucket with Rossini Club Nantucket’s 2025 festival season in several recitals.
A graduate of the University of Colorado Boulder (DMA), the University of Michigan School of Music (MM), and the University of Georgia Hugh Hodgson School of Music (BM), Mr. Boskoff has established himself as a prominent vocal artist both in the United States and abroad.
Mr. Boskoff has studied under esteemed mentors such as Dr. John Seesholtz, Dr. Gregory Broughton, and Barbara Clark (Paver), and has worked closely with renowned artists and educators including Martin Katz, Dr. Timothy Cheek, Kathleen Kelly, Kathryn Wright, Copeland Woodruff, Dr. Stephen Austin, Martha Sheil, Kenneth Bozeman, and Steven McGee. He is currently continuing his studies with George Smith.
Currently residing in the Twin Cities Area. Mr. Boskoff continues to expand his artistic reach while contributing to the vibrant cultural landscape of his community.
